We are a logistics human resources solutions provider specializing in offering staffing solutions to airport terminal services providers and aviation services providers. We offer services to customers from the aviation industry in Hong Kong. We operate our business in Hong Kong through our indirect wholly-owned Operating Subsidiary, Timwood Asia Logistics. We focus on bridging the labor gap in (i) cargo handling services; (ii) airport ground handling services; and (iii) terminal passenger services. Our mission is to deliver safety-focused, hospitality-driven staffing solutions that maximize operational efficiency and passenger satisfaction. We partner with airport terminal services providers in Hong Kong and provide manpower to them for delivering comprehensive cargo handling services to airlines and freight forwarders. We assist airport terminal services providers to drive efficiency, accuracy and rapid cargo turnaround. Our service offerings include providing workers to station at warehouses at airport terminals for (i) physical cargo handling for import and export shipments; and (ii) operating forklifts. The warehousemen we provide work around the clock and are responsible for handling shipments within a 24/7 operation to ensure continuous cargo flow and efficiency. We have historically relied on Forward Transportation Company as a major source of our revenue for our cargo handling services.
